SACRIFICE

“THE GREATEST SACRIFICE IS WHEN YOU SACRIFICE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS FOR THE SAKE OFF OTHERS”

Sacrifice, it is a small nine letter word with a deep meaning. Sacrifice is the surrendering of something valuable as a means for gaining something . According to me, it means giving up something of a great value for others happiness or love. If we talk about any sacrifice made by us ,we hardly remember one or two and that is very small in comparison to our Indian Army’s sacrifice.

Indian Army make sacrifices at every stage of their lives.They live far away from their families. Many times, soldiers need to go on long missions to remote areas. Being cut off from the main cities and towns, these areas lack even the basic facilities. It is difficult to live in such places. Lack of proper supply of food in these areas makes their lives even more difficult. However, they continue to fulfill their duty amid all these difficulties.

Sometimes, they are also posted in areas with extreme weather conditions where they fight amid heavy rains, extreme cold and scorching sun.They are required to be on the field, day in and day out, guarding their country at all times so that we can have a peaceful sleep.

FEW LINES DEDICATED TO INDIAN ARMY SOLDIERS

Thus, if they can do a huge sacrifice for us , then why do we hesitate to do some sacrifice for the sake of our dear ones. I am not asking for sacrificing your dream as it is a right for everyone, I am just saying that we should sacrifice our small happiness for others when needed…….
